I had an excellent experience with Christopher. I was facing a driving on a suspended license charge and was really stressed about the situation, but he handled everything professionally and confidently. Christopher Moschkin came highly recommended and if you are ever in need of an attorney; I highly recommend him! I got a DWI and was possibly facing six charges. I met with him on 12/13/21; I had an MVA hearing on 12/14/21 and my court date was 12/16/21. He thoroughly explained the charges and how he... would be able to represent me for the best possible outcome and I retained him as my attorney. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, honest and friendly. With Chris’s expertise; I was found not guilty of refusing to submit to chemical test for intoxication at my MVA Hearing (a guilty verdict would have been a mandatory 270 day license suspension). As for my case (strongly against the prosecutions recommendation), I was granted Probation before Judgement (12 months total with 8 unsupervised after four months with no infractions), I have to pay a nominal fine and I do not have the ignition interlock installed. I could not have received a better outcome without him!!!!! I will be referring anyone I know that is looking for an attorney to him.

I made the mistake of driving home after a couple of drinks from a bar. I was a little buzzed, coherent, but technically above the legal limit, with a 1/2 gram of coke in my pocket. l was pulled over and life went downhill from there.
