The Best

I left every IEP dazed. I am educated yet felt so confused at the end and did not begin to understand what they were doing for my son. When Mr Gruber read the IEP, he could see that the goals were written poorly and the tools they used to evaluate the response to the support was not accurately meas...uring the outcome. He pointed out that a Behavioral Implementation Plan should have been included with an IEP with behavioral goals. I finally understood that it was not my lack of understanding but the poor quality of the IEP that was the problem. In a gentle but clear manner he pointed out all the problems on the IEP and what needed to be done. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who has and IEP and is not 100% happy with what the school is doing.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
