I'm a solo attorney based in Rockville, MD focusing on "personal law" -- law that is personal to the client. I work with clients on family-based immigration matters -- adjustment of status & green cards, K-1 fiancé(e) & K-3 spouse visas, alien relative petitions, work permits and many other immigration-related issues -- as well as family law cases in the Circuit Courts of Maryland --divorce, child custody & visitation, child support, alimony and separation agreements. In handling these matters, my strategy is to get it right the first time, avoid needless litigation and costs, and achieve my clients' goals consistent with the laws of the United States and Maryland.
