I truly wish negative stars were possible. A negative review will have to do. This firm started our case strong. We were fighting for custody of a child we have raised and cared for over the last four years while her biological mother was incarcerated for child neglect. Our attorney was supposed t...o file a motion for alternative service, but instead, we suddenly received notice that the case had been dropped because nothing had been filed. We desperately tried contacting the firm — multiple phone calls, voicemails, emails — and received absolutely no response. No return calls, no emails, not even a text message explaining what happened. I am a 100% disabled combat veteran, and we paid this firm approximately $5,000 to represent us. Instead, we were abandoned during one of the most important moments of our lives. Because of their negligence and lack of communication, the child’s biological mother — who has never even met her — is now out of prison and contesting custody. This firm’s failure may have cost us our little girl. I served this country honorably, and this is how we were treated in return. I strongly urge anyone considering this firm to look elsewhere. Their lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through can cost you everything that matters most.
