Car accident with entire family

Stuart and Jackie assisted with a collision that involved our whole family, including our infant son. As a new mom, navigating anxiety and injuries, it was overwhelming. The at-fault insurance company was a nightmare to deal with. It was reassuring to hand over the work to Stuart and focus on the fam...ily instead of replaying the wreck over and over with every insurance battle and bill. They handled everything from settlement to medical bills. Stuart was realistic and honest about the process. It is a lengthy one, but the team was persistent and efficient.

Excellent Attorney!

Stuart Plotnick is an excellent attorney. My 12 year-old son was injured on a faulty trampoline at a gym. He suffered a severe break in two parts of his leg. It was devastating to him because of the restrictions it placed on his social life and athletic activities for many months. Stuart met with ...my son and me and filed a lawsuit on his behalf. He was very patient and understanding with my son and helped him to feel comfortable during his deposition. With Stuart’s dedication and persistence, we prevailed, and my son received an excellent settlement. I’m grateful for Stuart’s hard work and for the wonderful result he achieved.

Excellent Legal Representation

I hired Stuart to assist me with a personal injury issue that turned into a lawsuit. He was clear with me from the beginning what the strengths and weaknesses of my case were, and what a reasonable settlement might look like. He gave me good advice throughout, and helped me negotiate a settlement tha...t I was comfortable with. I felt like he was always forthright with me and managed my expectations - he was also very patient with my many, many questions and concerns. Throughout the nearly three-year process, he always made sure to answer my phone calls/emails quickly and thoroughly. Overall, I'm very happy I used him. I hope to never be in a situation to need a personal injury attorney again, but if I did I'd use him!
