never got back to me after receiving docs

i inquired whether mr. plotnick would take my case, he sent me forms to fill and requested documentation. i supplied everything and he received it. then he stopped communicating. i have no problems with him not taking my case, but it would be professionally (and humanly) proper to just d=say that and... not diappear.

If this is accurate, we sincerely apologize, but I do not recall this inquiry. We always potential clients with a thorough discussion about their claims and whether we think we can help them, and part of this comes from asking them to provided detailed information about what happened to them and what they are going through so we can do an assessment. I do not recall Mr. Vitaly, and apologize for any oversight, but it is not a case that appears in our database. We always try to provide a prompt response whether or not we are accepting a case. Highly recommend

Mr Plotnick took my call and provided me immediate advise at no charge. After deciding that I needed to hire an attorney I called back a few days later after doing research on other attorneys and asked him to represent me. My needs were immediate and he took care of the urgency required. He w...as very responsive and I felt very comfortable with the decision to hire his services. Mr Plotnick had my best interests in mind and I would I recommend him without hesitation. He took care of the issue first and did not put me in a position to rush funds. Thank you Stuart Plotnick and I consider you my attorney if the need ever arises again.

Excellent Legal Representation

I hired Stuart to assist me with a personal injury issue that turned into a lawsuit. He was clear with me from the beginning what the strengths and weaknesses of my case were, and what a reasonable settlement might look like. He gave me good advice throughout, and helped me negotiate a settlement tha...t I was comfortable with. I felt like he was always forthright with me and managed my expectations - he was also very patient with my many, many questions and concerns. Throughout the nearly three-year process, he always made sure to answer my phone calls/emails quickly and thoroughly. Overall, I'm very happy I used him. I hope to never be in a situation to need a personal injury attorney again, but if I did I'd use him!

Strongly Recommend for Employment Issues

I had a consultation with Stuart Plotnick regarding my former employer refusing to pay commissions owed to me. He gave me his honest recommendation and I hired him to proceed. He was extremely responsive getting back to me quickly for simple and more involved questions or concerns. He negotiated wit...h the company's counsel and had an agreement worked out in no time. Very happy with Stuart's expertise, advice and result. Would absolutely refer him to friends and associates.

Excellent Attorney

Stuart represented me in a difficult slip and fall claim. I was extremely pleased with how the case was handled. He was honest, reassuring, and openly communicated with me throughout the process. I felt that he thoroughly explained the judicial process and the challenges we would face in court. He wa...s also genuinely concerned for my health and recovery.
