An Exceptional Personal Injury Lawyer

Stuart is an exceptional attorney. I called numerous law firms and single practicing attorneys to represent me in my personal injury case. It wasn’t until I called Stuart and the Law Offices of Stuart L. Plotnick that I felt that I was heard, could trust that my case would be handled appropriately a...nd efficiently, and would receive justice. Stuart listened. He took time to explain to me legal terms and the legal process, answering my many questions. He argued and negotiated strongly on my behalf. As a result, I am thankful, blessed, and grateful for the legal outcome that he obtained for me. I am happy to call him my lawyer and friend, and would encourage others to seek his legal representation.

Car accident with entire family

Stuart and Jackie assisted with a collision that involved our whole family, including our infant son. As a new mom, navigating anxiety and injuries, it was overwhelming. The at-fault insurance company was a nightmare to deal with. It was reassuring to hand over the work to Stuart and focus on the fam...ily instead of replaying the wreck over and over with every insurance battle and bill. They handled everything from settlement to medical bills. Stuart was realistic and honest about the process. It is a lengthy one, but the team was persistent and efficient.

Excellent Attorney

Stuart represented me in a difficult slip and fall claim. I was extremely pleased with how the case was handled. He was honest, reassuring, and openly communicated with me throughout the process.
