To say that I was "extremely pleased at the outcome" does not begin to express how I feel about the services provided by this firm. In one of the most stress-inducing episodes of my life, they were calm and steady in explaining the options and the best paths forward. They were very thorough in thei...r collection of background information, conscientious in representing me at the various stages of the process, both in writing and in person, and provided outstanding support in guiding me through the process. The charges against me were serious, and the potential penalties were severe. Nevertheless, the actual outcome this firm produced was significantly better than I would have thought possible. I attribute that very pleasing outcome to the solid background information they collected in my case, the legal research and citations that were prepared in my defense, and the extraordinarily effective negotiating skills they employed with the State's Attorney Office. I would have been content with that negotiated settlement, but the positive relationships this firm had developed over years of practicing law locally were also very much in evidence when we went to trial. Hire Steven Kupferberg, that is all there is to it. An officer gave me eight tickets for, basically, the same three offenses.
