Everything An Immigration Attorney Should Be!

I had a very complicated immigration case, having come to the United States in 2005 from the UK and marrying an American citizen, but criminal record I received years earlier in the UK had thrown a real spanner in the works. My previous two attorneys were happy to take my money yet I still found myse...lf with nothing but an i-130 and two denials for adjustment of status. Rachel came highly recommended and although I have more or less given up in 2021 I decided to give it one more try. By 2012 my marriage had failed, and I found myself separated from my wife. Rachel took her time to understand my case, she went away and strategized as to how we would move forward, and made sure that she laid out her plan clearly as to how we would present our case. Rachel literally showed me in the immigration law book the specific laws which we would use in our favor in order to win the case. Not once did this lawyer give me false hope, but at the same time she was compassionate and confident in our plan. We submitted an incredible packet to immigration, (I had lots of homework to do here together information, letters from people and proof of military service from family). Rachel is a real stickler for making sure that the file submitted to immigration is 100% in order, without errors and without any unnecessary pork. We submitted the file in May of 2022.. Fast Forward December 3rd 2024... I was approved to my green card... After 19 years of all the stress that comes with not knowing what the future will hold for me and my young family.... Rachel, Bianca and the entire team at this law firm are amazing, to the point where Bianca even went to meet with my wife to get papers signed in order to get the packets submitted in a timely manner!! To say that Rachel changed my life is an understatement, and I regard her as family. If you have an immigration issue, did you have that gray cloud hanging over your head everyday, go and see Rachel.

After a long journey, success!

We had a very complicated situation(case), with lots of history, and life style changing implications. Rachel Ullman was referred by a lawyer friend from San Diego , CA . So, I called her office and set up an appointment. My husband and I met her and we both agreed to hire her as my lawyer. We ...saw her as being patient, kind and detail-oriented, and foremost- very knowledgeable with what she does. It was a long process, but at the end, everything went very well. To make a long story short, with her help, I am now a naturalized citizen. Thanks to Ms. Ullman and her team for their hard work and patience.

Beyond Satisfied! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We are very thankful to Rachel and her team for putting our immigration nightmare to rest. The woman knows what she's doing. Consider yourself very lucky if Rachel is your attorney. If I were to use her services again, she can name her fee and I'll gladly double it.

Personal and professional.

We had decided to see Atty. Ullman 2 years ago based on her excellent credentials and we were not disappointed. We do not know her and no one recommended her to us but after having met with her and her staff, we felt we came to the right place and the right lawyer. I have been searching meticulousl...y and have actually met with several lawyers near and far, prior to meeting her, in an effort to find an immigration attorney who is not only competent professionally but also approachable and with a heart to see that clients are not only customers but people with families in need of honesty and kindness too. She listened and accommodated to our personal situations but maintained high professional and ethical standards. When finances became a problem, she worked it out with us. We were not hesitant to be honest and transparent with her with our questions, doubts and fears. She and her staff corresponded accordingly and as needed. Most importantly, in the end, she was able to represent our case in court excellently that the judge granted us a favorable decision right away and she continued to handle our immigration needs until we finally got a permanent approval! I've got another case under her care and will absolutely refer her services, and understanding - personally and professionally.

Best Immigration Attorney EVER!!!

An acquaintance of mine hired Rachel years ago to represent him during his adjustment of status. Everything went very well and five years later he became a naturalized US citizen. I, on the other hand, when on my second attempt to adjust my status, had hired attorneys who claimed to be competent. had... worked for DHS/DOJ, and "knew the system". But in the end, these attorneys just over-charged me for everything and still did not prepare my case properly. Until recently, I was not even sure if my case was approvable, because I would get ten different answers from ten different attorneys. My life over the last 18 years has basically consisted of a never-ending immigration battle, with sleepless nights worrying that someone would come knocking on my door at any minute! My wife and I hired Rachel for my third attempt (and last!) to adjust my status. We immediately noticed how professional, efficient, smart, and most importantly VERY KIND and HONEST Rachel is. She has done this for a very long time and knows EXACTLY what examiners are looking for. She and her team prepared a nice packet and sent it out to DHS. We were quickly scheduled for an interview, and the following week my case got approved. Rachel was able to accomplish what no other attorney was able to do in my past attempts. I owe her a huge debt of gratitude! I will be retaining Rachel for naturalization, without a doubt. I feel very lucky and honored to have her firm represent me. -- One of the VERY HAPPY 1000s represented by Rachel!

"Ms. Ullman is an amazingly effective and truly gifted litigator and advocate. There is no immagration problem too great or dilemma too difficult that Rachel cannot solve. Among journeymen lawyers, Rachel is universally recognized as a master. But, what really distinguishes Rachel as among the elite of trial lawyers is the warmth and compassion she brings in resolving the seemingly unsolvable legal issues that many her clients face.
