Knowledgeable but non-responsive

I had Mr. Dobbs represent me in court and all went well the first court case and got me excused from almost all charges and ended up only paying a fee for my transgressions. However, some time after I came to realize an error was made that might have led to an unfair decision. Since Mr. Dobbs had rep...resented me in court and is familiar with my case I had contacted him to discuss what our next steps should be. I realize he's had much experience and very knowledgeable in his practice, but his responsiveness is very poor. I have called his office several times only to leave a message with the front desk and never hear a peep back. I've left messages on his personal cell phone and never hear back for days. He has no direct email address to send an urgent email to him. It has nearly been three weeks since I have contacted hi and not once gotten a call back and talked to him on the phone. I understand that he may be a busy person but to not take the time to at least leave a brief explanation is just simply unprofessional. For whatever reason he did not have time to call us back, I will certainly not be calling him again. I give him two stars because he did a good job representing me in the first case but his follow-up is poor and very unprofessional communication and response. Three weeks of no notice or explanation is completely unacceptable.
