Mallon A. Snyder

Mallon Snyder is an amazing man, attorney and i now consider him a friend and personal lawyer moving forward. I had an incident 8 years ago that i have been trying to get resolved and expunged for years. I have used two previous lawyers, but to no avail. I was referred to Mallon by my Uncle who did a... lot of work with Hogan and Lovells ( where my grandfather also practiced law) and we sat down and Mallon shot it to me very straight on what he was going to do and potential outcomes. Mallon was monetarily fair. concise, detailed-oriented and jovial through this whole process with me. Worth every penny!! I hired Mr. Snyder for a DUI case (my second one). He took the time out to thoroughly go through everything with me. We went throught the police report, we watched the body cam footage, he explained all possible outcomes so I’d know what to expect from best to worst case scenario.... We first went to court 03/05/2018. I felt as though he did everything in his power to work in my favor to get me completely off but unfortunately we just had a tough judge so I was reduced down from a DUI and convicted of a DWI along with some other minor traffic violations. Mr. Snyder immediately advised me he didn’t think it was a fair decision and recommended I should appeal my case because he felt he had a strong chance of winning. I knew in my heart with the facts and evidence he presented in court the outcome would’ve been different if we had a different judge so I went with his advice and filed for an appeal. We went back to court 05/29/2018 for a two-day jury trial. Once again, Mr. Snyder put his best foot forward and really fought to convince the jury I was not guilty of a DWI. He showed the body cam footage that worked in my favor, he applied pressure on the arresting officer in which he couldn’t directly answer questions and he was very concise highlighting the points that were most important. The state was trying their best to build a case against me and I felt as though the judge we had was biased in her favor from the beginning. Despite these obstacles, WE WON !! The jury found me not guilty and the state could not prove I was impaired while driving, therefore guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I honestly could not have asked for a better lawyer, I am forever grateful !!

I am a business man and was wrongfully charged with assault 1 & 2 by the State of MD. These charges had me facing up to 35 years in prison if fund guilty. Mallon (Mal) listened to my story, interviewed all who were involved and devised a strategy to clear my name. In the end though his effort and har...d work on my behalf he devised a plan to bring all the pieces together that would ultimately defend me. Mallon was able to have all charges dropped and the prosecution ultimately dropped the case. Mallon works for you, with your best interest at heart. Another thing I would like to note in my experience with Mal is there were several times that Mal cautioned me about proceeding with certain actions that would benefit Mal monetarily, but not me personally. In fact, Mal cautioned against several courses of action where he could have simply made money off my decision, but the decision would not have benefited me legally. If you are a client of Mal's I would urge you to follow his wise advice, do what he tells you, and then let this man work. I hope to never have to face any further legal issues in Maryland, but if I ever have to, Mal will be the first person I contact, and hire immediately.

Mr. Snyder is a very personal Lawyer. Fortunatly with guidance from Mr Snyder I do not find my self in legal trouble anymore. To be able to work with such a person that not only can explain to you how the law will handle the situation your in, but also guides you in the right direct...ion to further better yourself, and stay out any future legal matters is a rarity in the world we live in today.
