Worth every penny!! I hired Mr. Snyder for a DUI case (my second one). He took the time out to thoroughly go through everything with me. We went throught the police report, we watched the body cam footage, he explained all possible outcomes so I’d know what to expect from best to worst case scenario.... We first went to court 03/05/2018. I felt as though he did everything in his power to work in my favor to get me completely off but unfortunately we just had a tough judge so I was reduced down from a DUI and convicted of a DWI along with some other minor traffic violations. Mr. Snyder immediately advised me he didn’t think it was a fair decision and recommended I should appeal my case because he felt he had a strong chance of winning. I knew in my heart with the facts and evidence he presented in court the outcome would’ve been different if we had a different judge so I went with his advice and filed for an appeal. We went back to court 05/29/2018 for a two-day jury trial. Once again, Mr. Snyder put his best foot forward and really fought to convince the jury I was not guilty of a DWI. He showed the body cam footage that worked in my favor, he applied pressure on the arresting officer in which he couldn’t directly answer questions and he was very concise highlighting the points that were most important. The state was trying their best to build a case against me and I felt as though the judge we had was biased in her favor from the beginning. Despite these obstacles, WE WON !! The jury found me not guilty and the state could not prove I was impaired while driving, therefore guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I honestly could not have asked for a better lawyer, I am forever grateful !!
