The Best There Is!

Throughout a multi-year highly contentious family court litigation, attorney Kristina Badalian proved herself as strategic, insightful, proactive, passionate and committed to my family's wellbeing and the success of my case. Her expertise has been worth every penny, and I will be forever grateful. He...r service is concierge and every question, concern, and dilemma received her timely guidance and attention. The aspect that sets Kristina apart is that she is interested in the client and case on an emotional and personal level. She does not approach this as just a job; she becomes invested in the case and truly immerses herself in her work. She always makes herself available to her clients. She thought outside of the box, and subpoenaed evidence that completely turned the case around. She came to the courtroom completely prepared; she had three bankers boxes of exhibits, documents, and reference material. The other lawyer had one spiral bound notebook. She ran the case like a rehearsed dance and her closing statement was passionate, elegant, and persuasive. I am so grateful to have had Kristina through this process and I could not imagine a better lawyer.

An attorney that actually drives your case

I started working with Kristina after a pretty bad experience with Jessica Kern and Shelly McKeon from the McKeon Law Firm. During my first meeting with Kristina it was clear she works differently. Before we got into legal options, she took the time to really understand what happened during my marria...ge and what led to the divorce. Straight questions and an honest conversation to really understand the background. That allowed her to build a case and to give me a pretty good idea of what is going to happen at every step. There is no attorney that can guarantee results but Kristina was pretty good in laying out options and typical results so I can make an informed decision. I highly recommend her for anything from simple to more complicated cases. Quite a few lawyers will respond to your inquiries on time (not all) and so did Kristina. But more importantly there was substance to her communication. She come up with options and not just responded to my questions. She was very proactive in looking for alternative approaches and ways to close the case as soon as possible with the best outcome as possible. If you want more than just a lawyer that drafts papers, if you really want a lawyer that drives your case, you absolutely have to get Kristina. And don’t compare hourly rates. Kristina is very efficient and every time I looked at the bill, I could easily link the billed hours to some valuable input I got from her. From previously working with other attorneys, I can tell you that the total cost of the engagement was less and with significantly more results.

Oustanding Lawyer

The case wherein Ms. Badalian was counsel was unusually complex, involving financial matters, tax issues, fraud, criminal conduct, FBI investigations, child custody issues, multiple parties, numerous related suits and was highly contentious. Ms. Badalian was effcient and focused with strong communi...cation skills and maintained an even and calming demenor at all times. Able to easily and effectively present solutions and/or decision making options to multiple parties that had large discrepancies as to experience/understanding of the issues at hand. Ms. Badalian is a highly skilled lawyer who had a complete comand of complex facts. Presentation at trial was not only well done, but outstanding (as noted by the Judge.) Most importantly, the goals as stated prior to trial were achieved - the case was won.
