"ARMY OF ONE"

Mr.Hoffman is definitely the best of the best. He is the "Seal Team Six" in his field. He is respected and feared among his colleagues due to his vast knowledge and experience. He helped me through every challenge of my case to a supreme victory. Last month a federal jury awarded me 1.1 mil -- thank ...you, Mr. Hoffman.

Unpaid Wages

I can't say enough about Howard, if you don't talk to him before hiring an attorney you're probably cheating yourself. This is the third time I've had to hire an attorney for money due me by a former employer or business partner (Par for the course in my industry ) and his council and representation ...was by far the best. Howard's intuition, tenacity and tactics were extraordinary.

One Good Lawyer

Mr. Hoffman has Litigate my case for over two years now,and I've learned so much from him in reference to the law that,I feel like an Intern.Mr.Hoffman is more than just a Lawyer to me, now he is a Friend and mind you, one who looks out for the "Victim".Now that my case is winding down, lets say it's... been very Interesting. I've already recommended Mr. Hoffman to others and I'll continue to do so.

wrongful termination case

I hired Mr. Hoffman for a wrongful termination case. I was in a bind financially and made arrangements with Mr. Hoffman on payments. He agreed and accepted but he gave little effort as a result. He was simply unprepared, non-aggressive and quite frankly unprofessional. You would be better served to ...repurself if you're having financial trouble after jobloss Which most people do then to hire this guy.

I handle a very rare few "wrongful termination" cases and I have a small and exclusive practice. I am aware of no dissatisfied client and aware of no cases where I took payments from a victim of discrimination or retaliation. However, I do anger and upset my opponents who might be tempted to write this sort of nonsense. Why don't you identify yourself? I dare you.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
