I highly recommend Ms. Hotz as an attorney, especially for custody cases. I was being denied access to my child and hadn't seen or heard from them in several months. I filed for custody and tried representing myself. It did not go well and I do not recommend it. As a single father and African Americ...an, I had to fight tooth and nail to even get in front of a judge, and even then it felt like I was the one on trial. I was asking for equal rights and 50/50 custody of my child, and with the help of Ms. Hotz I was able to achieve that. I now have equal time with my child as the other parent does and am now required to be involved in all decision-making. Ms. Hotz was very professional, punctual, and organized, and spoke with confidence and intelligence. She took on my case last minute and worked with me financially. She was willing to travel and represent me in a different county. Ms. Hotz was able to gather everything she needed in minimal time and was fully prepared for trial.
