Graham McMillan is a graduate of the CUNY School of Law in Queens, NY. He chose CUNY because of its focus on revolutionizing criminal defense, its award-winning clinic programs, and because it is a ten-minute bike ride from his childhood home on Roosevelt Island, New York. In school, he focused on the rights of the accused and abuses of the 4th Amendment, and the pipeline between the criminal system and their life-changing immigration consequences.

He joined the firm Gritz, Hanifin, and Shih LLC because of their zealous advocacy for their clients, no matter how big or small the case is.
