President & CEO
Glenn has consistantly provided a level of legal services and advice which are above and beyond the norm. When we have had very tight time restruictions to have legal work filed for newly formed corporations, he has done so with time to spare. Glenn has attended a number of our corporate meetings in various areas of the country and aslo out of country spending time discussing a variety of franchise business and legal issues as well as estate planning for our franchisees and their families. Over the past 8+ years I have found Glenn to be an extrememly capable, trustworthy and valuable legal counsel.

Excellence!!!
I especially appreciate Glenn's thorough explanations of what we were doing and what needed to do. He was clear with his advice, professional in his presentation, and patient with our ignorance of the subject matter. We had a lot of planning to do and he guided us through it painlessly. I especially appreciate his thoroughness and his follow-up with detail. We have done estate planning previously with another firm but never actually finalized it all. Glenn lead us through the process from beginning to end and we're in good shape. Thanks, Glenn.
