I want to first start off with saying how much of a blessing it was to meet Mr Wasser. In 2012 i suffered from a horrific leg injury on someone's property. After i was able to walk again, i sought out for legal help. My first lawyer i had declined to continue to represent me. Even though he didn't be...lieve in my case, i knew that it was someone who would & that person was Mr David Wasser. The first day i spoke with him, he immediately told me he wanted to represent me. Mr Dave went straight to work and didn't play any games with the insurance company. He acted in such an aggressive professional manner with them. This insurance company tired their best to avoid paying out. Even to the fullest extent of willing to commit perjury!!!!!! Mr Dave & his Assistant Mr John dug up some much dirt that they tried to bury! Through all the lies Mr Dave found the truth!!! After i did my deposition they were willing to pay, but only a small amount. After WE declined the first offer, it wasn't long until the insurance company called offering the FULL AMOUNT of the policy, and let me tell you it was a LIFE changing amount!! Mr Dave & Mr John changed my life forever. Not just on a financial level but also on a professional one. I've never been in the presence of someone who worked as hard & efficiently as they did. I always received a call with new information on were the case was going. I never had to hound or harass Mr Wasser like I've heard most people say they have to do with their lawyers. It only took a little over a year for my case to be completed. Even after we settled, Mr Dave offered me advice on what & were i should invest some money in so that i don't get "money happy" & over spend. He still calls me to this day!! That showed me that he GENUINELY CARES about me as a person. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer or new friend! i am forever grateful!!

He took my case when no one else would because of its difficulties. He found every detail in my medical record and expertly defended me until reaching a settlement. He was straight and to-the-point with each communication to me so that I knew what was going on throughout the process. His assistant..., Jon, was always helpful.

Hear me loud and clear. At the time that I was seeking Professional advice from an attorney, I went to the telephone directory and went down a list of at least five attorneys before I contacted Mr. Wassur’s office. Because of the circumstances of my situation which took place in a government buildin...g, assuming I had a case, however talking with the first four attorneys left me somewhat wondering if anyone would be willing to advise/represent me. I felt left out. These individuals were definitely not ready for this case. One attorney had me talk with a Law clerk (telephonically) first to see if I Merritt the attorneys attention. Certainly I felt unjust had brought me to seek an attorney and now I’m feeling even less about regaining Justice. I tried one more Attorney... David Wasser. He got back with me immediately... LISTEN to my entire story (did not feel rushed as with a couple of the previous). Nice guy, was and is a straight up professional. His entire staff .. Hand picked I’m sure are quite professional in every way. The receptionist, his assistant Jon (Cool n smart). David during this time kept me in the loop with everything pertaining. He’s no stuff shirt.. you are very comfortable with him. His sense of humor relaxes you for business. He’s also a family man. My Wife and I remain ever so grateful that his office fought for us. Unlike the previous mentioned attorneys.. David Wasser is Not Affraid of the Giant.. (no pun- David and Goliath).. Rest assured that he brings his All when representing you.. And he’s definitely hands on. His assistant Always made sure I had everything I needed - Jon is a very curtious young professional. His office even provided coins for Free parking .. I have a few of his cards and most definitely will and have passed them out to anyone needing a Good attorney. I truly feel that the Wasser office represents getting at the truth. God bless them all. Mr. Wasser was very proffesional and very helpful while handling my case. He is very sincere and looking out for your needs.
