I want to first start off with saying how much of a blessing it was to meet Mr Wasser. In 2012 i suffered from a horrific leg injury on someone's property. After i was able to walk again, i sought out for legal help. My first lawyer i had declined to continue to represent me. Even though he didn't be...lieve in my case, i knew that it was someone who would & that person was Mr David Wasser. The first day i spoke with him, he immediately told me he wanted to represent me. Mr Dave went straight to work and didn't play any games with the insurance company. He acted in such an aggressive professional manner with them. This insurance company tired their best to avoid paying out. Even to the fullest extent of willing to commit perjury!!!!!! Mr Dave & his Assistant Mr John dug up some much dirt that they tried to bury! Through all the lies Mr Dave found the truth!!! After i did my deposition they were willing to pay, but only a small amount. After WE declined the first offer, it wasn't long until the insurance company called offering the FULL AMOUNT of the policy, and let me tell you it was a LIFE changing amount!! Mr Dave & Mr John changed my life forever. Not just on a financial level but also on a professional one. I've never been in the presence of someone who worked as hard & efficiently as they did. I always received a call with new information on were the case was going. I never had to hound or harass Mr Wasser like I've heard most people say they have to do with their lawyers. It only took a little over a year for my case to be completed. Even after we settled, Mr Dave offered me advice on what & were i should invest some money in so that i don't get "money happy" & over spend. He still calls me to this day!! That showed me that he GENUINELY CARES about me as a person. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer or new friend! i am forever grateful!!

I love Dave Wasser. At the beginning of my case, the one I thought I would never win, I promised I would say that if Dave won my case.... he did. I was hit as a pedestrian and then got sued by the person that hit me because she said I was at fault for walking across a dark street at night wearing ...dark clothing. The police report found me at fault. Not only would no other attorney take the case, they would not even answer the phone to talk to me. I was scared to death and facing financial ruin. I was referred to Mr. Wasser he promised me he would try his best and do whatever he could for me. Ultimately by doing the investigation no one else would do, he somehow found out that the woman who hit me had never hit her brakes and that she wasn’t paying attention, and contrary to the police report the accident was her fault for not seeing me cross the roadway when she should have. when Dave gave this new information from his investigation, The woman’s insurance company immediately settled with me for the total amount of the policy. If given the chance you should hire Mr. Wasser you’ll never regret it

He took my case when no one else would because of its difficulties. He found every detail in my medical record and expertly defended me until reaching a settlement. He was straight and to-the-point with each communication to me so that I knew what was going on throughout the process. His assistant..., Jon, was always helpful.

Not too long ago I had a fall while attending my own retirement party from the Baltimore City school system. A Baltimore City employee had put down a runner on the floor that I tripped on, severely injuring myself. Baltimore City said I was at fault for the fall, that I had tripped over my own feet, ...that I was not using my cane, and they had multiple witnesses who were going to say that very thing. Baltimore city offered $7500 to settle the case. I had a previous attorney who refused to take the case to trial, and then I met Mr. Wasser. Basically he said "OK let’s go to trial against these guys," and that’s what he did. He had no fear of losing and he absolutely believed what I told him. The Baltimore City attorney was so certain he was going to win he actually came up to our table before the start of the jury trial and told Mr. Wasser "I'm goin to kick your ass in this case." I put that in here because that’s what he actually said. That only served to fire Mr. Wasser up. Mr. Wasser did beautifully at trial; he cut apart their multiple witnesses and showed that they were not telling what actually happened. The jury believed that I did not have a cane, that I did not need a cane, and did that I not cross my legs and trip, and they found that I tripped over this runner. Instead of the $7500 that the Baltimore city offered, the jury came back with a verdict of $205,000. The other attorney was furious. David Wasser fought for me then and he continues to fight for me now.
