I am it seems the only attorney listed that is featured and recognized in the news for leading edge work in Personal injury litigation. The client is my number one priority and achieving success for my clients is my number one interest. There are definitly 2 types of law firms. Those that settle every case because they really do not know how to litigate cases and those that settle cases because the Insurance company knows who they are and offers to pay them to go away because they do not want to face them in court. In a recent case my client's previous attorney dropped her case because it was difficult, he told her he could not win. The client hired me. The Defense attorney was certain they would win. They offered by client $7,500 to settle, basically what it would cost them to litigate the case.  The Defense attorney actually said in front of my client that he was going to kick my butt and absolutely win the jury trial. Before the Jury came back my paralegal heard him say to the second attorney that was helping him try the case, that he was certain that they had won and was congradulating the other attorney and himself for winning the case.  The jury came back with a unanimous verdict against their Defendant for $205,000.
