Bruce M Bender

I was in so much pain from a work injury and was referred to Bruce Bender. From the day I met him I knew I was in good hands and that he would do what was best for me. Mr. Bender took my case in reference to a fall at my job any questions or concerns that I have had he has been more than willing to ease my thoughts. Mr. Bender accepted a case based on negligence in a local school involving an injury my son suffered. He failed to do basic research on the case and let it drag on for something like five years. Finally, he had a junior attorney in his firm do the research on my son's kind of case - that he should ha...ve done before taking the case in the first place - and tell us that there was no remedy available. This is the worst kind of sleazy lawyer behavior I have ever seen. He waited years to actually do something then decided he wasn't going to bring the case to court. I will also be complaining to the bar association about Bender. What a creep. He made promises to a child and then broke his word. Now he is billing me for the time he spent, something I will never, ever pay, not even if he gets a tax lien or a judgement against me. Absolutely a must to avoid.
