When my husband got arrested and charged with a DUI that was as bad as when my father suddenly dropped dead. I knew something wasn’t right because my husband was just going up the street. I rode around for hours looking to find his vehicle, I called local hospitals and to no avail. When I arrived ...back at the house shortly before 2 am, I received a call that he was at a precinct and needed a ride because the vehicle had been towed. Mind you, I had a 6 am flight to work I had to cancel. People hear me clearly; you don’t want to be on the wrong side of the law. Drinking and driving is a serious business that can end your life and livelihood as well as somebody else's. I had been saving up money to get a deck and this happened to us, and I had to pay so much money and had to borrow money from my retirement to pay for my husband’s freedom. Mr. Gibbs reached out to us immediately after I filled out an online form looking for a lawyer. As soon as I heard his voice (I said GOD he is going to help us. I just felt it). He was calm and didn’t judge us at all. He treated us with dignity and respect since we felt so ashamed and embarrassed. He also put us on a payment plan to soften the blow of paying all at once. My husband still must do community service and pay a fine, but mercy and grace was on our side. I don’t know if Mr. Gibbs is a man of faith or not but GOD used him in a mighty way. I hope we will never have to use his service in this capacity, but I hope I will get a chance to meet him in person in a different capacity. Don’t Drink and Drive. Mr. Gibbs said DUIs are an equal opportunity offense, and it happens to everyone regardless of social status. It can happen to judges and janitors, men of faith or atheists. It is not worth it. The last 8 months have been a horror movie. Today we got our lives back because of the work of Mr. Gibbs.

I was scammed by a coworker who we gave personal loans for a business with a promise to pay them back. He stole thousand of dollars from me and my family. In July 2020, I entered a contract to purchase a new home. I was parked and walking to sign the final documents on settlement day and received a call that the financing didn't go through. He made his opening statement in my small claims defense and asked questions I never thought to ask. On the fly, as he had limited information, he could think on his feet using the plaintiff's evidence as his own.
