I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Gibbs and the way he handled my DUI case. From day one, he was honest with me about how serious my situation was and then walked me through a clear plan to fix it. I was facing a DUI along with multiple other charges, including reckless driving and leaving ...the scene of an accident, and I was absolutely terrified about what that could mean for my future. Mr.Gibbs jumped in immediately, explained the process in plain language, and kept me updated at every step so I never felt in the dark. He treated me with respect, not judgment, and really fought for me in and out of the courtroom. Because of his skill, preparation, and negotiation, he was able to get the additional charges set aside under the condition that I complete community service and a victim impact program instead of getting hammered with harsh penalties. That outcome was far better than anything I thought was possible when this started, and it has given me a real chance to learn from this and move forward with my life. What stood out the most was his professionalism and communication. He answered every question I had, returned calls and emails quickly, and made sure I understood what was happening before each court date. In court, it was obvious the judge and other attorneys respected him, and that made me feel a lot more confident when we walked in there together. If you’re facing a DUI or serious traffic charges, you need someone in your corner who actually cares and knows exactly what they’re doing. So when I 1st caught my DUI case I felt like it was the end of the world! I had talked to multiple attorneys but really did t like what I was hearing! Mr. Gibbs is an excellent lawyer. He is very knowledgeable about the law. Mr. Gibbs represented me in a case that had a very slim chance of a good outcome, He worked around the clock from start to finish and never gave up even though it didn't look good. There were multiple attempts to pleading to a ...lesser result but Mr. Gibbs 'fall for the easy outcome and fought all the way to the end. The end result of the case was the best possible outcome that could happen and I walked away with a sign of relief. I Will defiantly keep Mr. Gibbs on retainer for any future cases.

When my husband got arrested and charged with a DUI that was as bad as when my father suddenly dropped dead. I knew something wasn’t right because my husband was just going up the street. I rode around for hours looking to find his vehicle, I called local hospitals and to no avail. When I arrived ...back at the house shortly before 2 am, I received a call that he was at a precinct and needed a ride because the vehicle had been towed. Mind you, I had a 6 am flight to work I had to cancel. People hear me clearly; you don’t want to be on the wrong side of the law. Drinking and driving is a serious business that can end your life and livelihood as well as somebody else's. I had been saving up money to get a deck and this happened to us, and I had to pay so much money and had to borrow money from my retirement to pay for my husband’s freedom. Mr. Gibbs reached out to us immediately after I filled out an online form looking for a lawyer. As soon as I heard his voice (I said GOD he is going to help us. I just felt it). He was calm and didn’t judge us at all. He treated us with dignity and respect since we felt so ashamed and embarrassed. We only told 3 friends of whom gave us moral support and 2 spiritual friends and my husband’s brother. No other family or friends knew we were carrying this burden. Mr. Gibbs was patient and kind and so knowledgeable and professional. He laid the truth out and always asked if we had any questions and sometimes our minds were so blown we couldn’t comprehend what he was entirely saying and he just reiterated the information and worked at our pace. He always called us back and made us feel like he didn’t have any other cases but ours. He represented my husband and stood in the gap for us and my husband was not convicted. Mr. Gibbs gave up a pep talk and chastised us with the truth going forward. He made it clear that if we need to go have a drink, have a designated driver or catch Uber. He also put us on a payment plan to soften the blow of paying all at once. My husband still must do community service and pay a fine, but mercy and grace was on our side. I don’t know if Mr. Gibbs is a man of faith or not but GOD used him in a mighty way. I hope we will never have to use his service in this capacity, but I hope I will get a chance to meet him in person in a different capacity. Don’t Drink and Drive. Mr. Gibbs said DUIs are an equal opportunity offense, and it happens to everyone regardless of social status. It can happen to judges and janitors, men of faith or atheists. It is not worth it. The last 8 months have been a horror movie. Today we got our lives back because of the work of Mr. Gibbs.

Mr Gibbs is a phenomenal human being and lawyer. Being charged with a DUI is a scary and stressful situation, but Mr. Gibbs calmed me immediately with his easy going nature and his strong desire to listen and understand the facts of my case. He is well known and respected by all sides; the prosecuti...on, defense, and judge. I have no doubt that having his cache and experience in my corner helped my case get dismissed. While I can not guarantee the same results for you, I know he will fight hard for you and get you the best possible outcome. He is also willing to make payment installment arrangements to relieve any of the financial stresses that come with hiring a lawyer and will meet on a very short notice.
