Good lawyers are hard to find, Trust is even harder, with Amir you have both

*** UPDATE*** Amir has been by my side on this case since NOV 2024, we will close this out almost 2 years later. This man stayed the course with me. Fought for out best outcome. Well established and known attorney. Man of integrity and of his word. He is NOT a vulture who is looking for his next pay ...day. I trust this man. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I didn’t choose the Gibbs law firm because I got in trouble for walking old ladies across the street. After a personal call, I chose Mr. Gibbs to represent me. Mr. Gibbs from day 1 armed me with the best advice that properly prepared me worthy of a case fighting for. His immediate direction, pre court extra circular activities armed us with the best possible outcome. You did wrong, that’s why you’re here. Do right by this man, keep him updated, be patient he will fight get you the best possible. Without talking much more I will give you some Pros/Cons PROs: Quickly returns calls. If you know Lawyers, they don’t like emails. Context vs Content. Honest. NO BS. Based off your past he will give you the best outcome available. No fake promises. Each situation is different; he will weigh all your options, opportunities vs outcomes. Affordable. Through all my divorces, I am unfortunately familiar with lawyers, retainers, and follow-on billing. Mr. Gibbs quotes you one price, that covers the entirely of the process to include trial (if necessary). His team offers an interest free payment plan that helps heal the wound. Be straight with him, he will be straight with you. Rapport. Based off his past performance, he keeps an extensive relationship with the courthouse. IF comes down to you making each other look good, he will get you the best option, BUT you must keep your side of the bargain as well. CONs: THIS ALL DEPENDS ON YOU! Attachments. This depends on your maturity in understanding, YOU ARE NOT HIS ONLY CLIENT. Keep a separate folder on your email that only deals with him, mine was legal eagles (since I have had quite a few). The CON is completely on you, keep track of all your receipts, documents, emails that have anything concerning your case. - Be professional, make all your documents PDF - Don’t be lazy, he will work as hard as you do. He will take you seriously as you take him. - Stay informed, keep him informed. Be ready to send him a quick email with all your docs. I highly recommend Mr. Gibbs to serve as your lawyer. I will keep his info on speed dial.

A Second Chance

When my husband got arrested and charged with a DUI that was as bad as when my father suddenly dropped dead. I knew something wasn’t right because my husband was just going up the street. I rode around for hours looking to find his vehicle, I called local hospitals and to no avail. When I arrived ...back at the house shortly before 2 am, I received a call that he was at a precinct and needed a ride because the vehicle had been towed. Mind you, I had a 6 am flight to work I had to cancel. People hear me clearly; you don’t want to be on the wrong side of the law. Drinking and driving is a serious business that can end your life and livelihood as well as somebody else's. If you don’t have at least 10,000 dollars and a lawyer for this rodeo you will go to jail and a conviction will follow you for the rest of your life. I had been saving up money to get a deck and this happened to us, and I had to pay so much money and had to borrow money from my retirement to pay for my husband’s freedom. Mr. Gibbs reached out to us immediately after I filled out an online form looking for a lawyer. As soon as I heard his voice (I said GOD he is going to help us. I just felt it). He was calm and didn’t judge us at all. He treated us with dignity and respect since we felt so ashamed and embarrassed. We only told 3 friends of whom gave us moral support and 2 spiritual friends and my husband’s brother. No other family or friends knew we were carrying this burden. Mr. Gibbs was patient and kind and so knowledgeable and professional. He laid the truth out and always asked if we had any questions and sometimes our minds were so blown we couldn’t comprehend what he was entirely saying and he just reiterated the information and worked at our pace. He always called us back and made us feel like he didn’t have any other cases but ours. He represented my husband and stood in the gap for us and my husband was not convicted. Mr. Gibbs gave up a pep talk and chastised us with the truth going forward. He made it clear that if we need to go have a drink, have a designated driver or catch Uber. He also put us on a payment plan to soften the blow of paying all at once. My husband still must do community service and pay a fine, but mercy and grace was on our side. I don’t know if Mr. Gibbs is a man of faith or not but GOD used him in a mighty way. I hope we will never have to use his service in this capacity, but I hope I will get a chance to meet him in person in a different capacity. Don’t Drink and Drive. Mr. Gibbs said DUIs are an equal opportunity offense, and it happens to everyone regardless of social status. It can happen to judges and janitors, men of faith or atheists. It is not worth it. The last 8 months have been a horror movie. Today we got our lives back because of the work of Mr. Gibbs.

The level of negligence this law firm has shown has been beyond despicable. I signed my contract and paid my retainer on May 20, 2022 for simple forms. This firm has made nothing but excuse after excuse after charging almost $4,000.00. Up to today, I still do not have the forms I paid for. They sent ...a terrible version filled with multiple grammatical errors which looked thrown together, back in Sept and I contacted to inform them that they needed to be corrected. I still have nothing. No response, no updates. I contacted 10-12 days ago and the legal assistant responded that she would inform Amir but even until today he has not contacted nor corrected. He has been extremely rude and dismissive during his verbal contact in the past. I see that others have had success but I have been greatly failed although I have remained patient and understanding throughout this process. This firm has cost me thousands in loss potential revenue and honestly it’s been an abhorrent experience. If he can not gain lots of money or notoriety from your case, he will not care at all. Please look else where. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
