Be straight with him, he will be straight with you. Rapport. Based off his past performance, he keeps an extensive relationship with the courthouse. IF comes down to you making each other look good, he will get you the best option, BUT you must keep your side of the bargain as well. CONs: THIS ALL DEPENDS ON YOU! Attachments. This depends on your maturity in understanding, YOU ARE NOT HIS ONLY CLIENT. Keep a separate folder on your email that only deals with him, mine was legal eagles (since I have had quite a few). The CON is completely on you, keep track of all your receipts, documents, emails that have anything concerning your case. - Be professional, make all your documents PDF - Don’t be lazy, he will work as hard as you do. He will take you seriously as you take him. - Stay informed, keep him informed. Be ready to send him a quick email with all your docs. I highly recommend Mr. Gibbs to serve as your lawyer.
