I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Gibbs and the way he handled my DUI case. I was facing a DUI along with multiple other charges, including reckless driving and leaving ...the scene of an accident, and I was absolutely terrified about what that could mean for my future. Mr.Gibbs jumped in immediately, explained the process in plain language, and kept me updated at every step so I never felt in the dark. He treated me with respect, not judgment, and really fought for me in and out of the courtroom. Because of his skill, preparation, and negotiation, he was able to get the additional charges set aside under the condition that I complete community service and a victim impact program instead of getting hammered with harsh penalties. That outcome was far better than anything I thought was possible when this started, and it has given me a real chance to learn from this and move forward with my life. The CON is completely on you, keep track of all your receipts, documents, emails that have anything concerning your case. - Be professional, make all your documents PDF - Don’t be lazy, he will work as hard as you do.
