I was in a car accident while being 6 months pregnant and Mr. Bergman came recommended to me because he has represented many of my family members. Thankfully the accident did not affect my pregnancy and I got the treatment I could get with as far along as I was. I was recommended to Mr. Bergman after my friend referred me to a clinic to help me heal after being injured and they hooked me up with Mr. Bergman’s office because they said he is the best and they were right. I was rear ended in VA by a person who lives in MD, my understanding is that the adjuster ...who was not trying to settle fairly was trying to argue that the case was VA based but Mr. Bergman educated me that the jurisdiction is based on the defendant’s residence. I was rear ended in a low impact accident and one of my passengers had been Mr. Bergman’s client before, so we called him to represent us in the rear end we suffered. Mr. Bergman did a great job and was able to refer us to a good medical team to take care of our injuries.
