Joan S Claxton is an excellent attorney. My I-140 (EB2) was denied in Oct 2007 due to my prior attorney's poor job, then I asked for several famous Immigration lawyers to support me to appeal, but all of them rejected me because they all thought my case was hopeless, doomed from the beginning--a very poor Application for Employment Certification. At last I came to Joan S Claxton in only 7 days left for the Appeal deadline, and she did the excellent job for me in Appeal. After 27 months waiting, Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) finally approved my I-140 in Feb 2010, and I received my green card in Jun 2010. I really don't know how to thank Joan enough. She is a great lawyer.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
