From our very first consultation, he was forthcoming with every detail I'd need to know for my divorce and sympathetic to my situation consideri...ng how tumultuous it was throughout the proceedings. I hired Brandon to help me modify child custody and child support from my earlier divorce. He was very knowledgeable about the legal process and advised me of all my options noting the pros and cons of each. I worked with Brandon in 2019 associated with divorce and child support. It was really one of the most uncomfortable and difficult processes of my life and left me angry and frustrated. He poorly explains the process and upcoming steps, was always missing deadlines and then having to write document...s to the court (which increased his costs), was vague during phone calls and conversations (which ended up resulting in more questions, more time, more cost), and in looking back on the process, he did not properly serve as my counsel to address any of the major issues that existed at the time - an above guidelines case, transportation costs, reasonable visitation schedule, daycare costs, etc. I recently went through a modification to child support process related to a lower salary and ended up working with a different attorney. What a breath of fresh air that was. I understood the process, knew what was coming, went into every meeting and mediation well prepared and ended up with a favorable outcome. In comparison to the attorney I worked with a second time around having gone through a similar process (submitting paperwork to the courts, going through mediation), Brandon's cost was 4x that of the other attorney. I strongly recommend working a different attorney who works on your behalf.
