Dear Brandon, I felt it so important to share my thoughts on your service through this painful process as I would like to pay it forward and help others struggling in divorce. I am so impressed with your person and character. I really felt despairing in my very complicated and messy divorce and was... not happy with my prior representation. Brandon told me with complete details everything I needed to know about my divorce case and how he would proceed to help me get through this horrible personal ordeal. My case was somewhat difficult and complex; but Brandon helped me, by getting me a winning hand when the order for an absolute divorc...ed was signed by the Judge. Did not warn me that by signing a subordinate note to the mortgage I would end up having to pay it. I was not living at the house at the time and Brandon said in an email to me that it was up to me to sign the note but if I wanted my daughter to have a place to stay when she was with her father then ...I should sign it. I did and now I owe HUD $7,025.45.
