The group at Moloney Law truly went above and beyond in handling my workers' compensation matter. They assisted with expediting my medical treatment, ensured my employer properly compensated me during my medically necessary absence, and promptly answered all of my questions along the way. I was very fortunate to fall into the care of Dan and the Moloney Law staff, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a law firm to handle a workers' compensation or personal injury matter.
Dan is absolutely phenomenal! His guidance and attention go far and beyond. He ensured I had what I needed and kept me abreast of any changes to my case. There is no other attorney I trust to handle my affairs. Thanks Dan!
Daniel P. Moloney is a personal injury/ workers’ compensation attorney representing the injured in DC, Maryland & Virginia. He started his legal career defending the same insurance companies he regularly fights today. After seven years of representing insurance companies in workers’ compensation and auto accidents, Dan decided to use that insider knowledge to represent the injured. He regularly appears in Courts and Workers’ Compensation hearings throughout DC, Maryland & Virginia, representing injured workers or those injured by the negligence or recklessness of others.
After several years working at a large personal injury/workers’ compensation law firm representing the injured, Dan realized that many clients were seeking a small more personal type of representation. To that end, Dan founded Moloney Law with the idea that those injured at work or in auto accidents should have direct line to and personal relationship with their attorney.
Dan handles your case PERSONALLY from start to finish. Dan is available to client’s 24/7and even makes HOUSE CALLS!

Fast and Effective
I was introduced to Daniel Moloney when I was injured on the job 8 yrs ago. There is no other attorney I trust to handle my affairs. His staff were at my beckoning call. He ensured I had what I needed and kept me abreast of any changes to my case. To date he has handled not only my workers compensation claims but personal injury claims involving my family and friends. He works tirelessly to ensure my case is a priority despite having other cases the perception is comforting. He is well known and trusted by several of my coworkers and based on the results and professionalism I am greeted with I constantly refer him to people in need of his services. I will continue to use Moloney law and would recommend him to anyone in need.

I have never have had a more experienced lawyer
I have a job in public safety, unfortunately I have had a few work place injures. I went to another large name lawyer first, I was miserable. I was treated like a number not like a person. Then a friend told me about Dan, he took my case and crushed it. I never looked back, he and his staff are very professional and aways make sure you understand what is happening every step of the way. I have nothing but high praise for Dan and his whole staff. If you want a great lawyer who will fight (AND WIN) for you and keep you in the loop the entire way, you need Dan!

Dan The Man
I was injured at work December 2016 and my employer was dragging their feet to help me. A coworker told me about Dan and Im so glad that she did. I called Dan and let me tell you they started moving then. Dan is absolutely great at what he does and always on top of things to make sure that my employer is doing what they're supposed to be doing. I dont think I could have chosen a better attorney.

Lawyer/ Motivator
Dan Moloney is the best of the best. He helped me with severe work injury that started 1/2014. He made sure I had plenty of time to recuperate, He kept my spirits up, and guided me through a win, win case against the a Utility company. I have moved on to a new career which turned out better than I thought.

The best in the Washington, DC area hands down
The best in the Washington, DC area by far! If you're looking for a top notch attorney you need to go see Dan Moloney. I've been to other workman's comp attorneys and you can't even compare the level of professionalism and communication you'll receive from Moloney Law. Dan's always on top of your case from the get go and has open communication throughout your case. Very happy with Moloney Law! A++

When it gets real Heavy...He takes the weight
Suffering from an injury at work I can tell you all about not knowing what to do. I started dealing with the insurance company directly... It was easy at first, but what happens when the doctor wants tests and there are questions ... Nothing gets done ,That's what!.
I tried my best but healing really needed to be my focus .. Not phone calls and emails.
I was referred to Dan by a family friend "He represents firemen, police etc" was what I was told .. I pretty much figured thats some heavy duty stuff to deal with .. and the county/state too .. Yep, this is who I want to meet.
Our first meeting was standard and paperwork .. but I kinda saw why I needed Dan to represent me .. He is honest and straight forward. Told me what to expect, call with any questions ( his phone was always on) . Told me to get better, let him know what my doctors say and how I feel about things ...
I kept him up to date, appointments got scheduled, etc. Therapy, surgery, therapy, reinjury, therapy, doctors and quite a few out of the Norm things.. Dan got me through it all.
I can't thank him enough for taking time, handling my case and getting me back to my life ..
(Sure the doctors and therapists helped too). Dan kept my financial issues with being out of work from making me go insane along with my work related injury

Personal Injury/Auto Accident
I was rear-ended before the Christmas Holiday and was referred to Moloney Law by another patient at my chiropractor 's office. Dan was responsive, helpful and kept thing simple and direct. I did not have to handle another phone call or document from day two post-accident. He took a total of 3 hours of my time from December until May and my claim was settled with satisfaction. He even met with me at a local cafe the morning after my accident because I did not have a rental replacement yet!

He said you don’t want me as an enemy
My accident happened 2019 of December. I followed all instructions of this office and never got an update. For the last 3 months of 2021 I have been trying to get an update and ask what’s going on what can I do and all I get is an I do not know. So the lady I have been dealing with said if you want you can pick up your file but what I said to her was this is bad it’s been a year plus and you can’t give me an answer on anything. They can not say I’m lying because I have the proof. Then today which is 03/03 I call Dan from my business phone. He picks up then gives me I’m sorry man it’s all kinds of excuses and what not. Now here is the kicker. I have cameras all over my house she it recorded everything I said and what him and his people. When I told him that he flipped out on my the. Was like I’ll take you to court, you don’t want me as an enemy. Then I told him sir I was on my Xbox recording and I can’t help that when I was playing but my home security system is he going to take them to court too? Yeah ok that would work doesn’t matter what state your in. So after chewing me out he stated you don’t want me as an enemy, I did not argue him at all I just stated facts and he did not like it. It is sad when I have to use multiple numbers just to get an answer from someone that is supposed to help me and others. So if you want to be factual I used 2 different 540 numbers and a 202 one call was at 1115, he said I’ll call you back in an hour I called back at 1306 which is 106pm from my main phone then from my spoof account 1306 which is 106pm and he picks right on Up. I call a spade a spade and if he don’t like it o well.
