I was initially recommended to this firm after Greenberg and Bederman flat out rejected my personal injury case for no good bonafide reason a few years ago. Their loss was Wilson and Parlett's gain three personal injury cases in a row! This firm has successfully settled three personal injury cases ...flawlessly without any lingering issues or complaints. Tim Parlett handles his business very well and is on top of his A game. Trevor Rose is a pleasure to deal with and has lots of savvy expertise dealing with complex cases and negotiating settlements for his clients. He's the bomb.com! I would highly recommend this firm without any hesitation or reservation. I am hoping that I will not be involved in any more accidents through no fault of my own, but unfortunately life happens. I was in a serious auto accident in 2010 in Southern Maryland. The first portion of the settlement was concluded in a very timely manner which allowed for all of my medical bills to be paid. The second portion of the settlement took more time, as is typical. But Tim Parlett negotiated smartly, using time and tactics to our advantage. The amount I was awarded for this final portion was much more than I expected and more than the firm really expected as well! They knew the extent of my injuries and the probable likelihood of problems later in life and negotiated effectively from that perspective. In most cases, I spoke with Tim Parlett directly, rather than a paralegal or staff person. He was down to earth, honest and sympathetic to me as things changed in my life throughout the process. I have been using Wilson & Parlett since 2005. I had employed a different attorney firm for an automobile accident and after terminating this attorney’s service, Wilson & Parlett obtained a settlement three times what I had been promised by the previous attorney. Having a recent workman’s compensa...tion case, Stephen Erhart was my attorney from Wilson & Parlett. In the past, I had been involved in several workman’s compensation cases in the 1980’s and Mr. Erhart got me a settlement eight times the amount that I thought I was going to get. I thought I knew the law from the previous cases, but obviously, I was wrong. I would advise anyone to hire an attorney, but all of them are not the same, as I am living proof of that. Wilson & Parlett use the utmost diligence and professionalism in dealing with all their clients and got me the maximum amount of settlement by law, and took the time to explain all my rights by law. Whereas the other attorneys had left me in the dark, called me to tell me what my settlement was with no explanation. Now that I know my rights, I regret having used them.
