I have been using Wilson & Parlett since 2005. I had employed a different attorney firm for an automobile accident and after terminating this attorney’s service, Wilson & Parlett obtained a settlement three times what I had been promised by the previous attorney. Having a recent workman’s compensa...tion case, Stephen Erhart was my attorney from Wilson & Parlett. In the past, I had been involved in several workman’s compensation cases in the 1980’s and Mr. Erhart got me a settlement eight times the amount that I thought I was going to get. I thought I knew the law from the previous cases, but obviously, I was wrong. I would advise anyone to hire an attorney, but all of them are not the same, as I am living proof of that. Wilson & Parlett use the utmost diligence and professionalism in dealing with all their clients and got me the maximum amount of settlement by law, and took the time to explain all my rights by law. Whereas the other attorneys had left me in the dark, called me to tell me what my settlement was with no explanation. Now that I know my rights, I regret having used them.
