The first portion of the settlement was concluded in a very timely manner which allowed for all of my medical bills to be paid. The second portion of the settlement took more time, as is typical. But Tim Parlett negotiated smartly, using time and tactics to our advantage. Having a recent workman’s compensa...tion case, Stephen Erhart was my attorney from Wilson & Parlett. In the past, I had been involved in several workman’s compensation cases in the 1980’s and Mr. Erhart got me a settlement eight times the amount that I thought I was going to get. I thought I knew the law from the previous cases, but obviously, I was wrong. I would advise anyone to hire an attorney, but all of them are not the same, as I am living proof of that.
