I can’t even explain the work Michael Stamm did for me. The knowledge and dedication he possess is what’s needed to undue the wrong doing of the justice system. I was facing a false two attempted murder/gun case that the commissioner office signed off on and pre-trail agreed with. Seemed as if they w...ere out to get me for no apparent reason. Getting a DUI is not only scary, its very intense and you have a million things running thru your mind. The Stamms were recommended to me by a friend of a friend. So of course you have more thoughts running thru your mind - they will judge me, I'm going to be another number, will they really have m...y best interest, and most of all, how much is this going to cost me. Well the first meeting over the phone was interesting - Michael wanted to know everything that happened. He will have a couple of questions for you. He will be upfront with you about the cost. Although this was my first DUI, I was scared. Im thinking of my job, I work for the government. So I can't have any convictions. I found his cost - very accommodating. I was able to be placed on a payment plan. If you are on one with him, please, please stick to it, do not deviate. Make your payments. He will give you homework, assignments that you must complete quickly as possible. Do the video's and if you have to take the MD Alcohol and Driving course which is 8 weeks. Just do it! Do the work, do the assignment and participate in the course. Do that, it will go quicker. We should up for court, Mike represented me professionally and honestly. He answered my questions. He provided honest answers on what I should do. I left the court with only reckless driving and a $150.oo fee. As for the MVA, I am still able to drive, however I did have to get a Interlock installed. ONLY because its MD. You cannot get around it. I have recommended Michael and his service to my friends and family. At the end of the he will have your best interest.

When you are arrested for a DWI everything gets instense; REAL QUICK! Michael Stamm showed his experience by keeping me calm. He provided me with every contact and piece of information I needed to save my license, discuss my drinking habit, learn about the impact of DWIs, etc. I was definitely pre...pared for trial. And by the way - The case was dismissed!!

Where do I start I was facing my second DUI charge with a second refusal and I’m a CDL driver and when I got the charge I went into complete panic mode. I called a bunch of lawyers. I lost my license the day of the incident and I only had 45 days to request a hearing with the MVA. Out of all the lawy...ers I spoke to Mr. Stamm was the only one to tell me to request a hearing he said you never know we could win the hearing. Mr. Stamm worked really hard and came up with a good approach. And also one other thing I can say about Mr. Stamm Is that he’s very upfront and blunt. He’s pretty much like a good news bad news type of guy and I’m the type of person that always wants the bad news first but he always leaves room for hope for good news. Do everything he tells you to in a timely fashion and his rates were great he’s very professional when he prepares and when he approaches everything and I thought I was going to lose my job and license. But I ended up winning my MVA Hearing And Mr. Stamm then suggested we go to trial. I know it’s strange to say trust someone you don’t even know but I never trusted anyone as much as I trusted Mr. Stamm with my case. Mr. Stamm went above and beyond and like I said before his rates were very reasonable. I still have my job, I still have my license and I don’t have any points on my driving record now the outcome of my case when we went to trial, I got a PBJ and no DUI conviction at all which I thought was impossible. But nothing is impossible with Michael Stamm. Hurry up!!! I recommend him for any case you have. If you wanna win go with Michael Stamm. Thank me later!!!! I’m really thankful for him and his work.
