I can’t even explain the work Michael Stamm did for me. The knowledge and dedication he possess is what’s needed to undue the wrong doing of the justice system. I was facing a false two attempted murder/gun case that the commissioner office signed off on and pre-trail agreed with. Seemed as if they w...ere out to get me for no apparent reason. My world was falling apart right before me. Michael Stamm seen this case and fought for what was right to set me free. No matter how many times my mother and fiancé contacted him he was always there to assist and give next steps and was honest the whole way through. Maryland PG can be tough by giving you such a crime just by a complaint with lack of evidence so this can be tough fighting the system, but Michael Stamm and his team came for my rescue. Where do I start I was facing my second DUI charge with a second refusal and I’m a CDL driver and when I got the charge I went into complete panic mode. I called a bunch of lawyers. I lost my license the day of the incident and I only had 45 days to request a hearing with the MVA. Out of all the lawy...ers I spoke to Mr. Stamm was the only one to tell me to request a hearing he said you never know we could win the hearing. Do everything he tells you to in a timely fashion and his rates were great he’s very professional when he prepares and when he approaches everything and I thought I was going to lose my job and license. But I ended up winning my MVA Hearing And Mr. Stamm then suggested we go to trial. I know it’s strange to say trust someone you don’t even know but I never trusted anyone as much as I trusted Mr. Stamm with my case. Mr. Stamm went above and beyond and like I said before his rates were very reasonable. I still have my job, I still have my license and I don’t have any points on my driving record now the outcome of my case when we went to trial, I got a PBJ and no DUI conviction at all which I thought was impossible.
