Lindsay Elizabeth Morrow

An experienced family law litigator, Lindsay handles high conflict divorce cases, drafts pre and post nuptial agreements, represents clients in domestic violence matters, all aspects of family law litigation and alternative dispute resolution. During the course of most family law cases, mediation and dispute resolution is required. Lindsay represents her clients in all aspects of mediation, settlement conferences and other forms of dispute resolution, both in terms of child custody issues as well as financial matters. Lindsay is also a certified Mediator and child access mediator and can work as a trained neutral to help parties mediate all family related matters.

After providing a thorough education about the family law process, she then suggests options for the successful resolution of family law issues. Lindsay's greatest satisfaction comes from offering assistance so that at the end of their case, her clients are better off than when they first met her.

Prior to joining The Law Office of Shelly M. Ingram, Lindsay served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Magistrate Robert L. Bloom at the Family Division of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. During her clerkship, Lindsay experienced virtually every type of family law case one can imagine. Her clerkship served as the perfect training ground for a career in family law. Lindsay then served as an associate at a Montgomery County family law firm, then returned to her roots in Howard County as an associate attorney at an Ellicott City firm.

Lindsay’s lifelong commitment to her community includes involvement in The Maryland Association for Justice, The Maryland State Bar Association and the Howard County Bar Association.
