I've known Jo for some time; unfortunately, like many people, I went through a tumultuous divorce. In my case, 20 years of marriage with teenage children, Josephine directed and guided me through this horrific ordeal. I truly believe that I wouldn't be in the place that I'm at, without her. She ed...ucated and offered great advice, that helped me navigate the legal process within Maryland. I'm a firm believer that no one gets married to be divorced; unfortunately, sometimes things do not work as planned and if the time comes that anyone is faced with the perils of divorce, it is imperative to have the best legal representation. Josephine is best that you can find; she is educated, fair and understanding, yet she always keeps her clients "best interest" as a key objective. LYNCH WAS PRETTY FLEXIB...LE IN REGARDS TO PAYMENT ARRAINGEMENTS. FOR THAT, I AM THANKFUL. LASTLY, BUT NOT LEAST, SHE'S BEEN VERY EFFECTIVE IN HELPING THIS DIVORCED FATHER RIGHT THE SHIP WITH MY CUSTODY WOES. I HAVE RECOMMENDED MS. JOSEPHINE LYNCH ONCE AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER SERVICES AGAIN.

Ms. Lynch helped allow me to see my daughter 50% of the time and allow my daughter to be at my house when she wanted not only when her mother "allowed it". Ms. Lynch responds quickly to email and even returns calls on weekends. Very informative, very knowledgeable about family law. Truly wish I wo...uld have used her initially as a divorce/custody attorney instead of having to wait to change things.
