Josephine A. Lynch

The second that I walked into Ms. Lynch's office, I could already feel that my case was in good hands. From her extremely delightful paralegal, Susannah, to Ms. Lynch's teammate, attorney Olivia Halleck (which is amazing), I knew victory was at hand. The legal team at Josephine Lynch's office h...as a very nice family feel, and they treat you like family. The most amazing aspect of Ms. Lynch is that she is serious about saving you money, while at the same time doing all that is possible to give you your desired outcome. I easily saved 1000's of dollars, thanks to Ms. Lynch not giving an inch while negotiating with the opposing attorney, and keeping the case out of the courtroom. Make no mistake, Ms. Lynch will have no problem going into that courtroom for you if she thought that's what's needed to take place. I vividly remember her telling me that during negotiations that, "if they do not take this, we are going right into that courtroom to get it in there instead". The confidence was outstanding. In the end, I got a great deal. Though, the good news does not end there. Recently, my ex has completely ignored much of the order. I decided to go pro se on this one, as this is not too complicated, but didn't want to take any chances. So, what did I do? I called Ms. Lynch of course! Here's the kicker. She saw me, in person, for NO CHARGE. I challenge anyone to give me the name of any seasoned attorney that will give 'real' legal advice, to use in a real case, for free. Need I say more? This legal team will see you through. Best believe that if I ever need an attorney for absolutely anything, I'm calling Ms. Lynch's office. Calling anyone else would be a fool's errand.

SEEKING OUT MS. LYNCH TO HELP UNTANGLE THIS MESS OF A DIVORCE WAS THE BEST DECISION I COULD'VE MADE. SHE'S A STORM TROOPER... VERY FRIENDLY AND UTTERLY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT FAMILY LAW, WITH A CARING STAFF THAT KEEPS YOU IN THE LOOP. AND I'M NO RICH GUY BY A LONG SHOT. MS. LYNCH WAS PRETTY FLEXIB...LE IN REGARDS TO PAYMENT ARRAINGEMENTS. FOR THAT, I AM THANKFUL. LASTLY, BUT NOT LEAST, SHE'S BEEN VERY EFFECTIVE IN HELPING THIS DIVORCED FATHER RIGHT THE SHIP WITH MY CUSTODY WOES. I HAVE RECOMMENDED MS. JOSEPHINE LYNCH ONCE AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER SERVICES AGAIN.

Ms. Lynch helped allow me to see my daughter 50% of the time and allow my daughter to be at my house when she wanted not only when her mother "allowed it". Ms. Lynch responds quickly to email and even returns calls on weekends. Very informative, very knowledgeable about family law. Truly wish I wo...uld have used her initially as a divorce/custody attorney instead of having to wait to change things.
