When I first called Jason G. Miller he was kind and patient. He allowed me to outline my case although I was not much help as I could not remember anything from the incident. Back on February 11, 2023, I had gotten arrested and charged with a DUI. I had my first conversation with Jason Miller in preparation for the court date where he briefed me on the case, and the different paths and outcomes to expect. He made sure that I left that call with no more questions, but even... provided his personal number in case anything else came up. On the court date, I arrived with Jason, and we had a quick briefing outside the courtroom making sure all the documents were in place, and addressing any updates between our last conversation and now. When it was time to take the stand, Jason took the lead. He communicated everything we had discussed prior, and I ended up with the most ideal outcome! I received a negligent driving charge with no points added to my license. Afterwards we went to fill out the appropriate documentation to get the offenses expunged. Jason Miller is hands down the absolute best! He is incredibly knowledgeable, well respected within the legal community, down to earth and understanding.
