In February 2024 after a disgruntled ex sex partner accused me of harming her. I was charged with second degree assault. I will start with saying that before I found and called Jason Miller at Alpert Schreyer Attorney’s Office, I was distraught to say the least. The night before I had been pulled over and arrested for 6 charges to include the suspicion of DUI/DWI. I called at 7am and by 7:30am Jason promptly called me... back.
