Jason Miller was an 1000/10! He really was a true definition of a great lawyer! Mr Miller helped me with my 3 criminal charges in Frederick county. I had legal issues with driving out of state on suspended license and falsifying tags. Mr. Miller and his office team helped me address three moving violations that could have cost me nearly $1000 in fines. After calling his office, Mr. Miller returned my call promptly. I explained what had happened and told him that I didn't think two of the charges were justified. He was professio...nal, reassuring and optimisitic without being unrealistic. He explained why the officer charged me with three offenses and told me how he'd approach my case: request a trial, examine the officer's evidence, and have me take driver safety courses to demonstrate good faith before the judge. After I retained his service, his office provided recommended safety courses and stayed in contact with me over the months leading to my court date. When my court date was scheduled, I called his office and his staff scheduled another phone consultation with Mr. Miller. His staff was always on top of things and very helpful. When I talked with Mr. Miller again, he explained that the officer hadn't responded to his request for the evidence in my case. He reviewed all the details of my case with me and explained exactly where to meet him at the court house. I arrived early and he was already waiting for me. I was very glad to have him guide me through the court procedures - where to sit, where to stand, how to address the court, etc. Long story short, the judge granted Mr. Miller's request for a dismissal of all charges.
