I got into an accident on 4th of July with my buddy on the water. Natural resources officer came and did a sobriety test on me of course I had drinks it was 4th of July blew a 1.6 . My friend got a cut on his foot so they took him to the hospital. Long story short I was charged with BUI with an acc...ident which is more severe than an incident without an accident.
