I paid this old hag $500 on 3/10/15 and provided him with all my paperwork to contact my mortgage company to inquire about questionable increases in my mortgage payments. I provided him with specific questions to ask. I never heard from him, so after 2 weeks I called him to get a status update. He to...ld me the company never received the authorization he mailed 2weeks earlier so he will fax it and call them back. I waited another week and still did not hear from him so I called him again and this time he said they needed the last 4 digits of my ss#, which he could have called me for. After 4weeks of waiting, he calls me back telling me he spent 30 mins on the phone with them and the number adds up. Since when does $1011 plus 251.44 equals $1476. On top of that, there were other questionable charges he never inquired about and instead proceeded to yell at me for questioning him. I paid this $500 for doing nothing.
