Mr. Fanning handled my divorce and it was a disaster. I ended up doing most of the research and when he got the other parties information in discovery he did nothing with it as there were serious discrepancies that could made my case more favorable. In court he was unprepared and instead sat there as...ked a few questions and at one point handed me his writing pad during the case to write down dispute information from the other party. I was in a total shock. Then he took it upon himself to charge me work work he did not do which is ridiculous. I immediately reported him to the Office of Bar Counsel for failure to properly represent. If you have any chance of winning your case please don’t use this guy. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
