James Farmer did an amazing job. He has a familiarty with the Charles County court system. He was able to navigate the court room with ease. He was honest in his approach and in what postivie or negative could happen. He fought till the very end, and was able to win a dismissal of my case. This was d...one, even though all the facts of guilt where against me. He made a plan, we stuck to it, and he was completely right in his approach. James is clearly a winner, and I was impressed with his dedication to my case.

James farmer was born and raised law by his father who was a top lawyer for a long time in my area even represented my grand father and when I tell you it's more then just a career it's a passion it's a drive for him he has represented me and members of my family with the upmost respect and professio...nalism you could ever ask for from an attorney it's not just the wins and losses in a case it's the well being of his client that means the most to him if you ask people in the community who is the top lawyer you might get a couple different answers but numbers and facts don't lie. He's won awards for his work he's a top 40 under 40 and when it comes to car accident cases the amount I've seen him get from what they offered is mind boggling idk how he does it... (must be in his blood) but he does and a damn good job doing it. Hire the best don't waste your time on the rest

I was referred to James E. Farmer by a close friend who spoke very highly of him. At the consultation, I found him to be extremely condescending and impersonal. He gave me a worst case scenario and implied that he basically couldn't do much to help my case. I found his pricing to be incredibly inflat...ed. My gut told me to look elsewhere but I hired him anyway based on my friends recommendation. On my court day he was 20 minutes late. He looked through my case file like it was his first time seeing it. He mis-informed me that I was getting a great deal and in open court realized that he misunderstood some pertinent details of my case. I ended up getting a horrible outcome. I would have been better off with a public defender. I saw several public defenders actively making deals with the DA. Mr. Farmer made no attempts what-so-ever to even speak to the DA prior to the trial. After my verdict, I had some questions that he failed to answer. He just sat there looking surprised and I got the feeling that he was using my case as a learning experience.

I hired James E. Farmer to represent me for a DUI, which unfortunately, was not my first or second offense. Mr. Farmer worked aggressively with the State's Attorney to reach a deal that was much, much better than I could have ever anticipated. The firm also handled my MVA hearing, which allowed me ...to operate vehicles. He also was extremely impressive in front of the Judge. Other lawyers asked him for advice in court, which I found reassuring. I highly recommend Mr. Farmer.

Mr. James Farmer took my case when I was involved in a hit and run car accident (phantom case). I didn't think I had a chance on winning my case. But he went above and beyond to win my case for me.
