Extremely Intelligent, Most Competent and Ethical

Mr. Ashwell is an OUTSTANDING ATTORNEY. Extremely Intelligent, Most Competent and Ethical in every regard. He immediately discerned what my family's goal was in this case of guardianship and conservatorship. As in cases of this nature, the goal in this case was to gain access and take over the respo...nsibility and management of my father's estate. I am a military spouse who has lived the majority of my adult life outside of the Continental United States. Unbeknownst to me, my father had his legal documents processed privately with his attorney 14 years ago. As stated by my father's attorney in court, I was not present when my father made his decisions with regards to his power of attorney and last will and testament, etc. Mr. Ashwell contacted my dad's attorney who also testified in court on my father's behalf. Unbeknownst to me, my father had his legal documents processed privately with his attorney 14 years ago. Mr Ashwell is kind calm and composed

Mr Ashwell was helpful and kind during a difficult time with my son. He did a very good job for his client and helped the entire family with a lot of uncertainty.

Great Firm...Great People!!

I was very impressed with Mr. Ashwell. He was patient and responsive with my questions concerning my case. We settled my speeding ticket successfully and had the charges and points reduced . I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who receives a speeding ticket in Warren County.

Friendly and Professional, but what really matters is that he delivers results.

I got pulled over with a reckless driving charge while going 22 miles of the speed limit. I contacted Will after getting a glowing referral from a coworker of mine who had a similar situation as mine. Simple put, Will was great. He answered all of my calls promptly and helped guide me through the ...entire process of what I needed to do. He was very professional, friendly, and genuinely concerned/cared about the outcome of my case. However, anyone can be professional and friendly. What really matters with Will is that he delivers results. He arrived 30 minutes early and talked to the prosecutor about my case. Afterwards my reckless driving charge was reduced to a simple failure to obey a highway sign, which came attached with only a small fine and I got 0 points on my license! The majority of the other people there charged with reckless driving were not so lucky. I would highly recommend Will if you were in a similar situation. He will work as hard as possible to make sure that it turns out best for you.
