From the first consultation with Mr. Ashwell, I felt very comfortable that he was the attorney that I would hire in seeking custody of our great nephew. He and his assistant Ashley are very friendly, helpful, truthful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mr. William Ashwell!

Expert in Traffic/speeding cases (DUI)

William is an expert in his field of law. Very professional and honest from the beginning, giving accurate assessments based off the details provided to him about your case. While he gave me worst case scenario from the beginning to prepare myself, he did his research into the case and built a solid ...defense based off the details provided. He was careful to take into consideration the DA and judge my case was presented in front of and advised me based on information gathered on how to proceed. William was prepared with documentation and examples of other cases. He was aware of laws from within and outside of the state, enabling him to better illustrate his argument. During the trial, he was incredibly attentive to all information being provided. He had a counter argument for multiple areas of my case, and while the first 3 were not sustained, they were all leading up to a final argument that was ultimately the deciding factor in my case. All done without him or the DA asking me to take the stand. Overall, I recommend William to anyone in this situation, or for any of his other areas of expertise. He is knowledgeable and will do his best to provide you the service required.

Amazing Attorney

Will put my mind at ease from the beginning. He was knowledgeable in every sense of the word. His assistant Ashley was very professional and eager to assist me with any questions or clarifications needed. Highly Recommended

Will, along with his legal assistant Ashley, handled my divorce with the utmost care and professionalism. They made a potentially complex and draining process as simple and painless as possible.
