Excellent Customer Service by Lawyer and his staff

My husband and son were hit by an un-insured driver over a year ago. Mr. Thomas and his staff were very informative and helpful from the first day we contacted them. Mr. Thomas sat down and listened carefully to our situation, his main concern was my husband and son’s recovery. He thoroughly explai...ned if we decided to hire him what the steps would be. Wrongful Civil Suit

Andrew was exceptional in preparing for the suit against the insurance company of the involved trucking company. Settlement for Car Accident

I was involved in a car accident about a year ago through no fault of my own and I suffered injuries. I did not feel that I was getting the response I needed from the other person's insurance company so I decided to seek a lawyers assistance. I wanted a local lawyer for convenience. I found Andrew... Thomas on line and I am sure glad I did! From the very beginning, Andrew was kind, concerned, and honest with me. Andrew and the office staff always made me feel welcome and important during my visits to the office, over the phone, and in email correspondence. Everyone I had contact with was very professional and also very personable. When I first met with Andrew, he looked over the information from my case and he was very honest with what he thought the outcome would be. He was upfront with the law firm's fees and let me know up front that he felt that I had a case, but he also let me know that he would tell me if he did not think I had a case.
