William Robert Francis Conners

I retained Mr. Conners at a high rate, with assurances that he would be handling the case. I was pawned off to one of his newer less experienced attorneys when he did not make an appearance at my court date (went to a different clients date instead). I was then over billed in hours for them to delibe...rate with each other (often doing the same tasks multiple times) and each work on different strategies, as well as a final bill for hours that did not exsist. Lack of communication in the firm and what I would consider unethical billing practices.
