So here it goes. As her site says that she provides free consultation. Be very careful here, When I called her she told me that she is busy and going to the courts and we spoke for like 2-5 min. After the 1st 5 min chat i called her again and she suggested to make an appointment and come to her... office. And I did what she said after the meeting she said that I need to pay her $120/hr for this consultation. I was shocked as it was supposed to be a was initial consultation. I asked her about the free consultation, she said it already happened, at this point I dint wanted to argue with her and gave her my credit card she charged it. She also wrote a letter for me to give it to USCIS officer which was included in her package. And we both agreed that after my usics visit I will see if i need to hire her . She clearly told me to text her or send her an email regarding my case. I visited the USICS office and texted her she replied once and from that point was no response no at all. I tried calling her and left her voice mails many times but there was no response.

I really appreciate this attorney for what she have done for in orphan kids there case was close over 6 years I have contact over 10 attorney in California to take this case no one was able to handle this case just to re open the case and I end up contact attorney Kirti Patel god bless her and her f...amily she re open the case in 2 month I recommend her for all kind Migraiton cases she is trust attorney honest and faire
